Meet Nicole👋

Nicole grew up dancing and found her way to pilates through a love of intentional movement. Guiding at LSD°R has been a long-time dream of hers—and if you’ve taken one of her sessions, you’ll know exactly why.

Her goal is simple: to help every guest leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and genuinely proud of what their body is capable of.
