~​We use fresh ingredients that have been purchased from Canadian companies. Luscious oils, fine sugars and rich butters are blended with enticing fragrance and essential oils to leave you feeling soft, serene, and sensual.
~​We do not test our products on animals nor do we do business with companies who do. We are emphatically passionate about the humane treatment of all critters and 5% of all December sales each year is donated to a local Humane Society or SPCA.

Our Story

Formulated for maximum hydration, the SkinWishes skincare collection is designed to leave you silky, smooth and supple. Our exfoliating Sugar Scrubs, whipped Body Butters and other decadent skin treats are made using luscious oils, creamy butters, in-house-blended fragrance profiles to grant you all your skin’s needs. 90% of our ingredients and packaging is Canadian-sourced and 100% of our products are animal-cruelty free.

Ever since she can remember, Melanie has had a love affair with “smooth”- smooth rocks, smooth hair, smooth fabrics (*swoons* for silk), smooth foods like puddings & custard and, of course, smooth skin. In 2008, Melanie started making sugar scrubs and lip balms, at first for herself, and then for friends & family. She noticed that when her skin felt incredible, SHE felt incredible and she just wanted EVERYONE to feel incredible too!​​

Melanie grew up in Miramichi, New Brunswick and now lives in Regina, Saskatchewan with her two fur babies and ever-so-supportive husband. Her collection of smooth rocks and silk fabrics still sparks joy.
