Movement is a crucial factor in maintaining youthful vitality. It gives our cells a sense of purpose in the physical plane, allowing us to explore and create a body that reflects our true meaning.

That's why I prioritize movement daily, whether at the gym, with clients, my kids, or friends.

We don't need to set aside specific time for movement because we are always moving. However, we do need to have a clear intention to do so.

This intention stems from an understanding of how movement connects us to our body and spirit while simultaneously disconnecting us from our overactive mind.

As a stretch therapist and movement coach, I teach clients to establish this divine connection between mind, body, and spirit. By doing so, you'll be living your reality on a different level.

Therefore, I urge you to establish that connection with your body and experience the fantastic benefits of a purposeful movement routine.

Every joint in your body contributes to your posture; everything is connected. A body that doesn't move well doesn't like to move, which is misinterpreted as feeling lazy. Such a body is always in pain.
