Thousands of treatments, countless conversations, a few renovations, and more laundry than we’d like to think about - and we’re still here!

What started as one treatment room and an idea has grown into a community we’re incredibly proud of. Over the years, we’ve welcomed therapists, supported clients and held space through all of life’s moments. Being a part of your stories is one of the greatest privileges of what we do.

Super excited to welcome Marlee to our RMT team!

Marlee comes to the Studio with five years of experience as an RMT and has a special interest in nerve pain, post op scars (especially c sections), and repetitive strain injuries. Marlee uses her assessment skills and neurofunctional acupuncture to get to the bottom of chronic pain to get you back to moving pain free.

As an athlete herself, Marley understands the value of recovery and how it goes hand and hand with performance.

April showers bring May babies!

At the end of April, Emily wrapped up her practice at the studio as her and Connor prepare to welcome a new little to their family. We wish them the very best as they begin this exciting new chapter.

Not to rush anything but we do look forward to welcoming Emily back to the studio spring/summer 2027.

We can’t wait to see the photos!

I’m thrilled to introduce Sam to our team of RMTs

You’ll find her on the schedule Wednesday to Saturday starting tomorrow!

Sam’s path to becoming an RMT began in an unexpected place, on stage. With a background as a working musician, she spent years immersed in the physical demands of performance, gaining firsthand insight into the toll that repetitive movement, long hours, and high-pressure environments can take on the body.

Sam is focused on building an inclusive practice, she is committed to creating a space where everybody feels welcome, respected, and supported. She approaches each client with openness and attentiveness, adapting her style to meet individual needs while fostering a sense of safety and trust.

Cosmetic acupuncture from a registered acupuncturist provides a holistic approach for reducing fine lines, pigmentation, acne, eczema, rosacea and even help with headaches, migraines, TMJD and tinnitus. Included in each session is a health assessment, body and facial acupuncture points, a relaxing face massage using Gua Sha tools or cupping. This treatment is rounded out with red light therapy.
