There’s been a lot coming out lately.
Another headline. Another reveal. Another layer exposed.

Some people are obsessing.
Some are numbing.
Some are pretending it doesn’t matter.
Some are spiraling.

There’s no “right” reaction.

But there is something important to ask:

What is this bringing up in you?

Anger?
Distrust?
Fear?
Hopelessness?
Validation?

You don’t have to solve the world tonight.

But you do need to stay anchored in yourself.

How are you navigating this season of exposure?
Are you staying informed?
Unplugging?
Praying?
Researching?
Disconnecting?

Let’s talk.

Understanding this one thing about emotional intensity can save your relationship!

There’s a lot of fire in the air right now.

New moon.
Solar eclipse.
Year of the Fire Horse cycle beginning.

You may feel it as intensity.
Especially in your relationships.

Shorter patience.
Stronger reactions.
Emotions rising faster than usual.

Fire can do two things.

It can burn someone else.

Or it can illuminate something you’ve been avoiding.

When intensity rises in the body, it wants relief.
The quickest way to get relief is to project it outward.

To blame.
To accuse.
To “throw up” the discomfort onto someone else.

But just because something feels urgent doesn’t mean it’s true.

This is where maturity begins.

Instead of using your tongue, use your feet.

Go for a walk.
Get grounded.
Let the fire settle before you speak.

Then ask yourself:

What is this actually showing me about my own pattern?

Where am I repeating something old?

Where am I abandoning myself — again?

When used properly, fire gives clarity.

And clarity can save you decades of spinning in the same relational loop.

I am back from Costa Rica, and ONE THING is for sure.

We are in a great shift, AGAIN! This time, it’s a jolt!

The retreat was deep.
Eventful.
A powerful container.

I’ll share more about it soon, along with photos and reflections once everything settles inside me.

I came home straight into a week that feels big.

There’s movement in the air.
Things surfacing.
We’re just before the lunar new year and an eclipse, and whether you follow astrology or simply trust what you feel, this is a threshold moment.

I’ve been using this week to recalibrate and spring clean!

This wasn’t planned!😂

Before something new begins, there is often a clearing. That clearing can feel emotional, clarifying, even intense.

👉So this Wednesday at 12 PM, Office Hours will carry a different focus.

-I’ll be holding space for reflection.
-Guiding a short grounding practice.
-Offering a few focused questions to help you get clear on what you’re ready to release and what you want to carry forward.

The endless options are.

Even in the most difficult situations—
where rage, helplessness, and heartache feel like the only options…

we still have choices.

And to not exercise that choice isn’t just ignorance.

It quietly fuels the same pattern that keeps creating pain.

To exercise the choice is to disrupt the pattern for a better outcome.

What we can’t do, we can’t do.
What we can do, we must.

We can go within.
We can cultivate the heart.
We can expand our capacity for love, compassion, and awareness—so we respond with truth instead of reaction.

Because we can either be affected by the external…
or impact the external.

Simple. Not easy.

Begin as you are.
Do what you can do.
Lean into it.
Take a small step.
