This challenge is designed to help you:

Suzanne is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), holistic nutritionist, and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people build healthy, sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being.

We're excited to have her as part of our team and can't wait for our members to benefit from her knowledge, energy, and holistic approach to wellness.

Six months ago, Zach walked through the doors of SXS looking for a local gym. Today, he's become a valued part of our community.

What keeps him coming back? The challenge, the variety, and the people.

Stepping outside your comfort zone isn't easyโ€”but that's exactly what Noa did. ๐Ÿ’ช

This month, Noa represented SXS in her very first CrossFit competition, embracing the challenge with determination, courage, and a positive attitude.

When we asked her what success looked like, her answer had nothing to do with the leaderboard:

"Success for me will be giving my absolute best effort, finishing the workouts with determination, and proving to myself that I'm capable of more than I think."

We're incredibly proud of Noa for taking on this challenge and showing what growth looks like in action.
