Two years. Two elevator companies. Still no working elevator.

Headwaters was brought in to solve the problem. We removed the existing equipment, installed a completely new elevator, and achieved TSSA approval within two months.

Sister Margaret Moran described the HEALS team as “professional, honest and reliable,” with communication unlike anything she had experienced.

When an elevator project needs to be done right, call HEALS.

Elevator Pit Cleaning & Protective Coating

Water, moisture and neglect can turn an elevator pit into a serious problem. Standing water and damp conditions can contribute to corrosion, deterioration, unpleasant odours and conditions that can damage elevator equipment.

Headwaters Elevators & Lifts Services Inc. offers professional elevator pit cleaning and protective coating services.

Our service can include:

Removal of standing water and debris

Thorough pit cleaning and surface preparation

Removal and treatment of deteriorated/rusted surfaces as required

Protective coating of pit steel

Sealing and coating of the pit floor

Protective coating extended up pit walls where required

Clean-up around elevator equipment, rails and buffers

Final inspection of the completed work

A clean, dry and properly protected pit doesn't just look better — it helps protect the equipment you're already invested in and can help identify developing problems before they become expensive repairs.

Every elevator pit is different. Pricing depends on pit size, existing condition, moisture/water conditions and the amount of preparation required.
