This felt like a quiet return. 🐚

A return to stillness.
A return to flow.
A return to my breath.

A few days to escape solo without pressure, expectations, timelines, or attachments. To embody just being.

Tucked between the jungle and the ocean, this place felt like another world, a tiny portal. 🌀 Mornings began with breath work, daily yoga & movement classes, salty air, and barefoot walks. Days filled with nourishing plant-based meals, ceremonies, yoga, music, nature, and the kind of presence that’s easy to forget we need so deeply.

There was something healing about the rhythm of it all. The sounds of the jungle. The warmth of the ocean. The daily glimmers. The reminder that life is not meant to be lived in constant urgency. The reminder of cycles and flow.

I left feeling softer & more connected to myself.

And deeply inspired to create more space for this energy back home, too. 💭🌊

Progesterone levels fluctuate through your cycle, but it’s possible for progesterone levels to be chronically low, which is when these frustrating symptoms show up:
