Sunday Peace . . .

How do you manage your stress?

Holding stress is heavy, draining energy that can build up until the body and mind can no longer sustain the intensity.

Inner calm, stress release and peace are created in many ways.

Working on my horse sanctuary farm helps me feel grounded, focused and energized so I can live my passion, purpose and mission without burnout and the depletion that leads to chronic illness.

I decided to walk to our lake today and send reiki, prayers and golden white Light to all the horses in desperate need on our planet, including the Australian Brumbies and our Canadian and American horses who are heinously killed in slaughterhouses every day in Canada.

The pair of 2 White Swans of Bellamy Lake appeared. They live here year-round. I often see and hear them flying low over my farm.

A beautiful sign from Nature today that despite the killing on the planet, purity, truth and peace still exist. It is what we are all working so very hard to bring back to Earth.

The land here on The Canadian Shield is sacred. Nature is honoured. Horses and animals are celebrated with reverence.
