Hello 💖, we wanted to share a small glimpse into the medicine of sound from our recent vocal channelling.

There is something uniquely healing about this practice. The way the sound moves through the body when it is anchored in intention. The vibrations don't just support the receiver; they soften us too, bringing us into that quiet space of no-mind where something deeper can move through.

And when we sing together, it not only gives permission for release and expression but it magnifies the energy in the room, amplifying connection and shared healing.
