We are aware of questions and concerns regarding the recent closure of the Windsor location previously shared by Dr. Bray’s surgical practice and Esthetica, and we want to provide some important clarification.
Our need to evacuate the premises at 40 Amy Croft Drive came with barely one-week’s notice, after the building was sold and the new owners wanted to proceed immediately with renovations…
While Dr. Bray’s surgical practice shared a physical location with Esthetica, the two operated as separate businesses. Dr. Bray had no ownership or financial interest in Esthetica, the medical spa, or any nonsurgical services performed there. His involvement was limited to serving as Medical Director for designated nonsurgical spa services.
All of Dr. Bray’s affected surgical patients have been contacted directly, and their ongoing care will continue through his Toronto practice. All previous surgical patients should be reassured that their medical charts remain in his custody.
We understand that some Esthetica clients may have chart requests, outstanding gift cards, prepaid services, credits or refund requests. As these transactions were made directly with Esthetica, Dr. Bray and his team are unfortunately unable to access these accounts, provide chart copies, or process refunds on Esthetica’s behalf.
For matters relating to Esthetica nonsurgical services, including chart requests, please use the following email:

We recognize the frustration and uncertainty this situation may have caused and appreciate the concerns being raised within the community.
Our priority is to communicate what we know as clearly and transparently as possible. Should additional information become available that may help affected clients move toward a resolution, we will share an update.
Thank you for your understanding.
