Male breast reduction, also known as gynecomastia surgery, can help create a flatter, more defined chest when excess breast tissue, fat, or both are present.

Gynecomastia can develop for a number of reasons, including hormonal changes, genetics, certain medications, weight fluctuations, or simply having excess glandular tissue that doesn’t respond to diet and exercise.

For some men, even getting leaner doesn’t completely change the appearance of the chest. That’s because glandular breast tissue cannot be “worked off” through exercise.

Depending on the individual, male breast reduction may involve:
• Removal of excess glandular tissue
• Liposuction to reduce excess fat
• A combination of both

The goal is a natural-looking, masculine chest that is proportionate to the rest of the body.

This before & after demonstrates the type of contouring that can be achieved with male breast reduction.

Considering gynecomastia surgery? A consultation is the best way to determine what approach is appropriate for your anatomy and goals.

We are aware of questions and concerns regarding the recent closure of the Windsor location previously shared by Dr. Bray’s surgical practice and Estetica, and we want to provide some important clarification.

Our need to evacuate the premises at 40 Amy Croft Drive came with barely one-week’s notice, after the building was sold and the new owners wanted to proceed immediately with renovations…

While Dr. Bray’s surgical practice shared a physical location with Estetica, the two operated as separate businesses. Dr. Bray had no ownership or financial interest in Estetica, the medical spa, or any nonsurgical services performed there. His involvement was limited to serving as Medical Director for designated nonsurgical spa services.

All of Dr. Bray’s affected surgical patients have been contacted directly, and their ongoing care will continue through his Toronto practice. All previous surgical patients should be reassured that their medical charts remain in his custody.

We understand that some Estetica clients may have chart requests, outstanding gift cards, prepaid services, credits or refund requests. As these transactions were made directly with Estetica, Dr. Bray and his team are unfortunately unable to access these accounts, provide chart copies, or process refunds on Estetica behalf.

For matters relating to Estetica nonsurgical services, including chart requests, please use the following email:

[email protected]

We recognize the frustration and uncertainty this situation may have caused and appreciate the concerns being raised within the community.

Our priority is to communicate what we know as clearly and transparently as possible. Should additional information become available that may help affected clients move toward a resolution, we will share an update.

Thank you for your understanding.

Breast augmentation designed to create a natural, balanced result. ✨

This 45-year-old patient underwent breast augmentation with cohesive gel implants, placed above the muscle.

Implant size:
• Right: 330g
• Left: 310g

A beautiful example of how implant selection and placement can be tailored to each patient’s anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Individual results vary. Consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon is required to determine the appropriate procedure and implant for you.

Natural results aren’t about doing more — they’re about knowing when to stop.

It’s a balance of anatomy, technique, and intention.
And when it’s done right, no one sees the procedure… they just see you more aligned and more confident.

That’s the difference between obvious and refined.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can create lasting changes to the body — particularly in the abdomen and breasts.

A Mommy Makeover is a customized combination of procedures designed to address these changes and restore balance and proportion. This may include procedures such as a tummy tuck, breast augmentation or lift, and liposuction, depending on each patient’s anatomy and goals.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.

Every surgical plan is individualized, and a consultation is the best way to determine which options are appropriate for you.

Did you know?

The “plastic” in plastic surgery doesn’t actually refer to the material!

It comes from the Greek word plastikos, meaning ‘to mold’ or
‘to shape!

So next time you hear ‘plastic surgery,’ remember-it’s all about artistry, not plastic!
