Finding some enjoyable me time is essential to our mental health. All the ladies in this photos beside me and my cousin on the very right are moms. This became our cardio session.

I'm pushing myself to eat more to grow muscles. If you want big glut 🍑 and toned body you gotta eat so here I am mentally fighting the old mindset about food.

Right now I'm focusing on being healthy and living a very low-key and budgeted life.
I left my high paying job and replaced it with part-time so I can fully focus on discovering what I really wanted to do and what makes me happy aside from money/pay.

I'm so lucky to find a part time job with very chill and supportive colleagues.

I also figured out my Goal.
You need a goal to have life direction and feel fulfilled on everything you do. That leads to no stress life and no flare ups coz you know you doing it for a reason.

Gym time! It's never going to be perfect in the beginning even with instructor.
Eventually, you learn to listen to your body and find ways to perfect your form and strengthen your muscles.

I workout more in my flare up days coz it helps me calm down and sleep better 😴 😌
