She had been managing her diagnosis for eight years when she came to us.
Eight years of books, podcasts, practitioners, and rabbit holes. And somewhere along the way, someone actually said to her: "you're just spending a lot of money."
What she had never been given in eight years was a framework. An actual plan that looked at her sleep, her diet, and her stress as one connected system driving her immune response.
That is what we built together.
She did the work. She learned what stress was actually doing to her body at a biological level.
She fine-tuned her diet to understand what her system specifically needed and what was quietly making things worse. And her body started responding in ways it had not responded in years.
She told me that when she follows the guidelines, she feels genuinely happy and when she drifts, she can feel the difference now. That kind of body awareness is a game changer. That is what lets you course correct instead of spiral.
She is dancing again and back to a baseline that feels like herself.
Being told your condition is incurable and handed a prescription is not a plan. Jennifer deserved more than that, and so do you.
If you are managing a condition and running out of options, there is another way to look at this. One that works with your body instead of around it.
