New Group Workshop! Breathwork for Ancestral connection is a sweet combination of some of my favorite offerings created to help you connect to your guides or ancestors. The truth is that you really don’t need to do anything special in order to hear or connect with your guides or ancestors but often our brains are so loud it drowns out the quieter voices of intuition. And if you’re like me with an especially loud trauma brain it can take some work in order to get quiet enough to really listen. This workshop is designed to give you some extra support to clear the mind and body followed by gentle guidance to help you connect with spirit.

Do you know how to do nothing? I bet you don’t. It’s hard to do nothing. It’s hard to turn off the outside noise, turn off your phone and just sit. That’s why I loved teaching restorative yoga, come to my class for an hour and do nothing. Rest. Let the noise quiet down until it’s just you. It’s scary but it’s important. I know it’s the day after a long weekend, there’s a feeling in the air that you may be running behind. You’re not. You’re right on time. Add a little nothing into your schedule today. Even if it’s just three minutes. More nothing, please.
