Pile in your favourite colourful veggies, add our Carrot Glow Crunch, toss it all together and you’ve got a beautiful, bountiful salad in minutes. 🥕✨

Carrots are packed with beta-carotene, vitamin A and antioxidants — good for your glow, eyes and overall wellness.

Here’s the recipe:

1 cup black beans
1 can of mixed beans (398ml)
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 cups chopped cucumber
1 1/12 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 of a medium red onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups Live Organic Carrot Glow Crunch
Handful of chopped chives
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper to taste. Mix!

Purple potato salad, but make it glow. 💜✨

We tossed warm potatoes with our Beet Glow Crunch, and just like that, they turned into the prettiest, most flavourful potato salad.

Here’s the recipe below for this simple purple potato salad. Save it, make it, and let us know what you think! 💜

5-6 boiled or steamed potatoes, chopped
1 chopped bell pepper
1/4 of a medium red onion, chopped
1 1/4 cup of Live Organic Beet Glow Crunch
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Mix to combine!
