NEU Clinic is honoured to collaborate with internationally acclaimed multidisciplinary artist Sandra Iafrate, whose work explores memory, identity, place, and the human experience through richly layered contemporary mixed media.
Wildflower Series
Sandra Iafrate’s Wildflower Series is a poetic exploration of memory, identity, and the landscapes that shape our lives. Through an intricate layering of vintage maps, archival papers, photography, charcoal, drawing, paint, and mixed media, each composition celebrates the quiet resilience and delicate beauty of wildflowers that flourish naturally across diverse environments.
Rather than depicting flowers as simple botanical subjects, Iafrate transforms them into powerful symbols of belonging, migration, and our enduring connection to place.
