✨ Last weekend we welcomed another beautiful group into our Reiki Level 1 Certification.

It was an inspiring day of learning, connection, and self-discovery as participants were introduced to the foundations of Reiki and experienced the power of energy healing for themselves.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Many people use Reiki to complement their overall wellness routine and report benefits such as:
