You're not fragile. You're under-informed.
There's a reason the standard advice — calcium, vitamin D, walk more — isn't moving the needle for so many women.
It's not because they're not trying hard enough.
It's because the conversation about bone health has been missing something. Something that sits upstream of supplements and exercise. Something that determines whether any of it actually works.
