No joke. We take your long term health seriously. 🙅🏼‍♀️Lifting won’t make anyone bulky without a heck of a lot of effort in the kitchen AND in the gym. 🙅🏾 Deadlifts aren’t bad for your back. 🙅🏿‍♀️That weighted vest? It’s not making your bones stronger. 🙅🏻‍♀️Pilates? Also not building strong bones 🙅🏼Fat loss or being “skinny” doesn’t have to be your goal. A strong capable body is truly more important than your pant size. 💁🏻‍♀️Carbs are so important! They aren’t bad for you. Eat the potato 🥔. 🙋🏼‍♀️ On GLP1’s? They aren’t a magic bullet but can be quite helpful to some people- but they must be paired with proper nutrition AND resistance training 2-3 days per week. 🙋🏾‍♂️ you don’t need a new gadget to monitor your blood sugar or a new supplement or peptide: get some sleep 💤 , walk in nature ☀️ , put down your phone 📱, join a community of like minded folks to workout 🏋🏼‍♂️ with: real face to face social time is 🔑
