It is such and exciting time in the world of Sport Psychology, as the field is growing every single day AND it is such a passion field!!

When I started however, I often felt like I was on an island all by myself. I spent countless hours and had many sleepless nights learning, studying, researching, falling, failing, and trying again - both within the field, as well as learning how to grow a successful business.

Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, and I would do it all over again, but I want you to know that SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES. It is way more efficient and growth oriented to learn from someone who who has successfully 'been there and done that'.

And that is why I have started the Empowering Potential Mental Performance Mentorship Community.

Talent is overrated. Yep, I said it!

Having the privilege to work with the some of best and in the world at their craft, I have learned a thing or two about what it takes to be at the very top of the game.

Is talent nice to have? No doubt. But talent only takes you about 30% of the way toward your long term goals. Why? Because when you get to an elite level- everyone is good. And what’s the one thing that separates the good from the great?! Having the right MINDSET that ultimately fuels grit and mental toughness. Period!

And then, sometimes you need a little luck sprinkled in ..... a lucky bounce, a door open...

That being said however, it’s the people with the right and that hang in long enough to get that lucky bounce or lucky break, so I use the concept of luck a little differently.

Now you may challenge me on this equation, but I have seen it time and time again. Top prospects and draft busts that never fulfil their true potential. And vice versa, those that are never on the radar who grind their way to the top because they are prepared to do what no one else will.

You are never stuck with what you’ve got, or where you are at today. The more you do anything, the better you get!

The question is, where is your mind at and what are you going to do about it?!
