The Niche Program is back!

Young Black men in the GTA are invited to join us in June for a hybrid three-day intensive training held at the University of Toronto, specifically designed to empower Black men leaders between the ages of 18-35.

The Niche Program is made possible through partnerships with esteemed organizations such as the Harriet Tubman Community Organization ( ), Black Daddies Club (), Talk it Out (), and 100 Strong (), powered and funded by the City of Toronto ().

This year, we will explore critical topics such as financial sustainability, mental wellness, leadership, management, entrepreneurialism, and public representation. By seamlessly integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills, empowering Black men to harness their lived experiences as a solid foundation for personal and professional growth.

Participants will finish the program with critical tools and resources, transforming their experiences into valuable asserts and transferable skills, new connections and a leadership certification.

Join us on this journey as we champion the growth, success, and representation of Black men.
