Harriet Tubman Community Organization Founded in 1972, the Harriet Tubman Community Organization was created to promote African Canadian Heritage education.

Harriet Tubman Community Organization (HTCO) is a non-profit agency, dedicated to reducing the experiences of marginality faced by young people, and others in need. Our mission is achieved through the promotion of African Canadian Heritage education, arts and wellness programs and services.

As the summer begins our young men graduate to the next stage of responsibilities.

I am proud to say they have learned a lot in the last few months at Young CEO Violence prevention & intervention program, especially when it comes to emotional intelligence.
