Ally will be supporting the administrative side of our work, helping our clients stay organized so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to their patients. She brings a thoughtful, team-first approach that reflects who we are.

Here is a little bit about Ally:
"With a diverse background in wellness, business, and client care, I bring a unique blend of empathy, organization and professionalism to every task.
Before moving into virtual support, I worked as a Registered Massage Therapist (now retired) but currently still teach yoga, so I bring a calm, grounded, and people-focused approach to everything I do.
I have owned and operated a massage therapy clinic/yoga studio, where I handled everything from scheduling and client communication to day-to-day operations and business growth. That experience taught me how to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
On top of that, I have background in business administration with over 10 years of customer service experience in the banking industry, where I learned how to communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with care, and support clients in a professional and friendly way.
I have a passion for helping others, I love supporting clients so they can stay focused, organized, and stress-free."
