Here’s how to get started:
1. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of Castor Seed Oil with 10 drops of FatDetox.
2. Massage the mixture into your stomach and lower abdomen for 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Cover with a clean cotton or flannel cloth and apply a heating pad on low heat.
