πŸ“£ Help Us Reach Patients Who Use Airway Clearance Devices!

The Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario (RTSO) is helping Ontario Health connect with patients and caregivers who have experience using airway clearance devices β€” and we need the help of Ontario’s healthcare community to spread the word!

🫁 Are you a patient, caregiver, Respiratory Therapist, or healthcare professional? This opportunity may be for you or someone you care for.

Have you been diagnosed with , , or ?

Ontario Health wants to hear from people who have used airway clearance devices, including OPEP devices such as Aerobika, Acapella, Flutter and AirPhysio, as well as PEP devices such as TheraPEP and PARI PEP. Caregivers are also welcome to participate.

There are two ways to get involved:

πŸ“ Patients & caregivers: Complete a 15-minute survey: Take the survey
πŸ“ž Prefer to speak with someone? Participate in a 30–40 minute interview by contacting Jigna Mistry at [email protected].

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈπŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈ Respiratory Therapists and other healthcare professionals: Do you care for patients who may use these devices? Please share this opportunity with your patients, caregivers, colleagues and clinical networks. Your help can ensure this opportunity reaches the people whose experiences can help inform future planning.

Patient and caregiver feedback will help inform Ontario Health’s policy planning related to OPEP devices.

πŸ“… Deadline: September 25, 2026

Please share! Your experience β€” or your help connecting us with someone who has experience β€” matters.
