Morgenstund = Golden Mornings!

This traditional porridge formula has been known all over Europe for containing gold! ✨⚱️😌

We also feed it to the Australian Olympic team that .jentschura sponsors and coaches - perfect before they go out cycling in the alpes! 🏔

I neglected to mention there is also dried pineapple 🍍 and apple 🍎 in the Morgenstund!

Goes perfect with some fresh apple on top! (I didn’t have any sadly.)

I’m satiated for hours after this comforting breakfast porridge! 😌🙏🏽🌈
