In case you haven’t heard....

We’re running some online classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening. Also a Saturday morning. We’ve got a cool flow going, and even a couple surprises.

We run a value for value system so if you can pay, pay what you feel is fair. If you can’t... just come workout. It’s cool, we offer modifications at every level from easy as it gets to hard AF.

Ok. So I’m thinking an online workout on Wednesday or Thursday. Approx 7pm mountain time. All you need is a mat water and a towel. I’m thinking a private group workout on FB live. This is free, and I want to test the waters in it. Let me know which day works best. Make a commitment! Let’s do this

What is it? It’s a workout program that combines yoga, calisthenics, rehab exercises into a workout that can be as easy or as hard as you want. It can rebuild you, or challenge the most hardcore athlete.

I am a certified DDPY instructor, and have use this program to save my life. I regained control of myself and lost 160 lbs.

Please Join me on March 10 2020, at 6:30pm upstairs at the Ron Gorr arena in Torrington for an hour beginner workout. All you need is a mat, a towel and water. $8 per person.
