Are you a “glass half full” or “glass half empty” person?🥛

You will have times of hardship, challenges to navigate, stress to deal with it. Each season serves a purpose and some are tougher than others. Especially for some during this eclipse season.

How do you get through the “rough patches”, or times requiring deep inner healing? Do you see the glass as half full or half empty? By viewing the glass as half full, it can help you navigate challenges and hurdles with a sense of optimism and a sense of knowing that anything you’re brought too, you will get through. Everything, including the good and the bad is all part of your story📖

Eclipse season is upon us🔥
August 12th-August 28th

Eclipses are all about shaking things up in order to put you on a new six month path. 🛑It’s not a time to manifest, but instead, a time to rest, reflect and evaluate. Sudden changes may occur, situations may arise, forcing you to work through what comes up, all in order to place you on a new path.

It may seem hard at times, and stressful. Your thoughts may seem chaotic. Anxiety may feel amplified. Work through your emotions and mental thoughts with compassion. We are in the thick of this energy this week. You may feel more tired than usual, body aches, headaches, some may feel depressed, sad, overwhelmed, stressed. The energy is intense. Work through what comes up, honor your body and mental thoughts. You are not going crazy!! Did anyone else notice having more energy last week?

Remember, it’s ok to rest. It’s ok to take a time out and go in solitude. It’s ok to take time for self care to recharge. It’s a necessity. If you neglect yourself- you will burn out. Embrace the chaos, shifts and changes that accompany eclipse season🙌 Next month will look different.

🚨UPDATE🚨

Happy Eclipse Season🔥✨🌑🌕

How are we already in August! What a busy summer it has been! There’s been so much going on and LOTS to come! My amazing husband is currently renovating my new LivWell space and I can’t wait for the new services I’ll be able to offer in my larger space!

📚Teaching Reiki courses, psychic development, connecting with the other side, spiritual development. Adding more to my sessions: sound baths, trance healing, tasseography (coffee ground reading) these are just some in addition to what I already offer in my sessions! I can’t wait to show you my new space once it’s completed! (Still in the early stages)
This has been a long time coming🪷 I love my current space but I feel I need a larger space for everything I want to do! It’s served its purpose and I’m grateful I had the space and was able to see so many clients in the past year and a half but I’m ready to expand and planning lots more!
It’s amazing when you see your manifestations take fruition. Entering this eclipse season on a high note🙌
