The markings in these images help me visualize:
→ Postural alignment between the shoulders and pelvis
→ Load transfer through the thorax
→ Vector forces acting through the cervical spine ↗️↘️
→ Patterns of compensation and adaptation over time

What may appear subtle visually can reflect meaningful changes in how the body is functioning 🌱

The goal is not to create “perfect” posture, but to support a system that can efficiently adapt, regulate, and move with less strain.
