Hi everyone 💛

I just wanted to share a gentle reminder. As most of you know, I’m currently managing a flare-up and am now taking prednisone, which means I’m especially immunocompromised right now.

Because of this, I kindly ask that if you’re feeling unwell in any way—cold symptoms, cough, fever, etc.—please reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that life happens, but protecting my health during this time is really important.

If I do get sick, it can take me much longer to recover and could mean unexpected time away from the salon, which impacts all of you as well.

I truly appreciate your understanding, care, and support—it means so much to me 🤍

Thank you for helping me stay well so I can continue to be there for you!

Just a quick heads up for tomorrow, Friday, March 20 — we’ll be having some work done on our roof.

We are still open, and both Courtney and I will be working. There may be a few extra vehicles around, but please feel free to use the driveway if it’s available, or park on the street.

Hi everyone 💛

I just wanted to pop on and say thank you for your patience over the past few days. I’ve been dealing with a pretty significant RA flare and had to take some unexpected time to rest and recover. I’m also sorry for the delay in responding to messages—I’ll be working my way through them this week.

As many of you know, RA can be very unpredictable. While I’m working closely with my doctor to manage things, there may be times where I need to take time off with short notice when flares happen.

I’m starting to feel a bit better and will be rescheduling appointments as I’m able. To take care of my health and avoid further flares, I have to firmly stick to my regular working hours, so availability may be a bit limited for a while.

I truly appreciate all of your kindness, patience, and understanding—it never goes unnoticed and means more than you know. 💛

✨ Exciting news! ✨

Courtney is almost ready to start taking clients for gel nails, manicures, and pedicures with gel polish here at the salon!

She’s currently gauging interest so she can begin setting up her schedule. Courtney will be offering introductory pricing as she builds her clientele and continues to gain hands-on experience.

If you think you might be interested, I’d love for you to comment, message Courtney or I to let us know—it will really help us plan her availability.

🎉Happy New Year! 🎉

A New Year brings so much hope, possibilities and new beginnings and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead for all of us in 2026!

After a little holiday break the salon will be open January 6 with a fresh new look— I can’t wait for you to see it!
We’ve been busy, especially my husband. I couldn’t do any of this without him.

I’m also thrilled to welcome Courtney MacLennan, who will soon be offering gel nails and pedicures. Her service menu is coming soon, and I can’t wait for you all to meet her!

As always, tough but necessary — I’ve made a few price adjustments, bringing my prices more inline with other salons in this area. I completely understand this may not work for everyone and I’m always happy to chat about options or service adjustments.

I will also be reducing my hours to better support my health and work/life balance. This will allow me to continue giving you the care and attention you deserve.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued trust, loyalty, and support. I’m so grateful for each of you and look forward to another wonderful year together 💗
