That upper body tension… it’s almost always the same story different client.
Déjà vu in the shoulders, neck, and upper back.
These are a few of my go-to stretches to gently unstick those fibres, restore movement, and bring your body some freedom in mobility.
Hold each stretch for 2–3 minutes to allow the deeper tissues—fascia, ligaments, all of it—to slowly release to be most effective.
Don’t forget to use your breath! Nice long inhales and slow releasing exhales!
