We believe all people, regardless of their substance use, deserve to have access to shame-free, anti-oppressive, and patient-centred care. Restricting access to life-saving, harm reducing, and health promoting services causes more harm, spread of disease, and death.

This is why we created the Come Down Kit - to facilitate learning, promote health maintenance, and encourage mindful decision making with substance use, especially crystal m**h.

The Come Down Kit is a health promotion tool for q***r and trans folks who use non-prescribed amphetamines (crystal m**h, crack, co***ne, and M**A). This resource providers folks with the information and supplies to reduce the unwanted side-effects that amphetamines can have.

We already know the health risks. We don't need that reinforced every single time we talk about it. For many of us, your "warnings" or "tough love messages" drive us further and further away.

There is more to talk about than just quitting and reducing our use. Let's talk about ways to prevent 'm**h mouth' or 'train tracks.' Let's talk about ways we can remember to drink enough water. Let's help each other learn about paranoia and what to do when it happens.

Most importantly, let's build a community of people who see us beyond our m**h use.
