The power of practice:

This weekend, toward the end of a Reiki Plus session, we inquired about any action that needs to be taken to help along this person's healing journey.

I saw the face of an ethnic man and a boat (not sailboat or yacht) on the ocean and the word "GUILT" releasing from client's head.

I told her I saw a "pirate", lol, bc the only time I've ever seen a ship like this is on TV/in the movies, like Goonies (did I just age myself? 😄...), etc.

She revealed that her father is a seaman in the Philippines. He was never home when she was a kid or growing up. He would be away for a year at a time.

Wow.

I have never seen a seaman in any of my years of Journeying and I had no idea what her father did.

The answer to her question is that she must release the guilt that has been passed down from her seaman father to complete her healing journey.

Both our minds blown. 🤯

This client has been coming to see me monthly for the past 9 months. I believe with regular visits, a connection develops and something deeper takes over.

I spoke to my mentor today - first time in several months!

He's living in Mexico now and they just survived a hurricane.🌀😬 Everyone is fine. Power is back, but WiFi still down. Ay carumba!

I've known Daniel for almost 10 years now - wow!

Shamanic Healing Teaching recap:

Sunday's
"How To Shamanic Journeying: An Introduction" - was intense! 9 attended.

From a Facilitator's perspective, it was challenging, and I am still processing:

-Lots of different personalities with varying needs

-Balancing the needs of people being heard, the loudest voices in the group and the quietest

-Lots of energies/spirits flying around

-Lots of deep connections, for some - and the feeling of responsibility to those who couldn't

-The stress of a latecomer by 5 mins, and the brief stalling of curriculum to fill that time bc of wanting to Open together. Then, 30 mins in still not arrived and needing to start and push forward bc it's only a 3-hr workshop! Managing their arrival at 45 mins in and also trying to move forward with the others...

-The entire next day to recover and managing follow-up emails from Journeying students

All things that came to pass during this 3-hr time was all part of the Circle Experience. We must take all that came to us, all the emotions (awe, irritation, elation, doubt, etc.) that seeped out and let them process.

This is part of the Shamanic Path.
