I am a dream lover, ever since I was a little person I have always being mindful of my dreams and the dreams of my friends and family, throughout the years I have learned the art of Lucid Dreaming studying with the top teachers and I practicing it myself. I help people have a happy relationship with their body and mind without compromising their social life or having to choose between being healthy and having fun!! I like to help people like you achieve their goals, whether it is making meditation a habit, transitioning to a vegetarian lifestyle or bettering your eating habits, I help you make it happen! We will uncover your body and mind intuition plus you'll have a travel-size baggie of life skills that you can use at any time in life. The only requisite is your real commitment to the program and your openness to change. If you are interested in any of my programs please contact me, I will be happy to talk you in more depth about the experience of having me as your guide!

Me querido Querétaro 🧡
