Dr. Kendra Clifford Naturopathic Doctor, Doula Naturopathic Doctor and Birth Doula practicing in the heart of Uxbridge Ontario, and in Whitby Ontario Kendra welcomes all patients to her family practice.

Kendra began her post secondary education at Trent University in Peterborough ON. Through an intensive education in Forensic Science she was able to pursue a career in genetics at the Center for Applied Genomics at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto ON. Upon completion of a second undergraduate degree at Trent University Kendra began her medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopa

thic Medicine. She has a special interest in pediatrics and sports therapy. Kendra is registered through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is also an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Kendra was raised in Uxbridge ON and is pleased to be starting her practice here.

The purple Starbucks drink is pretty - but pregnancy is not the time to experiment with under studied botanicals. Butterfly pea flower has limited pregnancy safety data and traditional use concerns around uterine activity. The safest approach is to avoid it during pregnancy.
