As we return to routines again next week, do you anticipate also returning to being crazy busy and tired quickly?

Make sure you carve out time in that hectic routine for personal space.

I don't mean the typical self-care time. I mean time for solidly creating peace inside you.

This simple practice is essential to everyone's routine to combat the hectic pace and nurture your nervous system so that it can sustain you rather than burn out.

Everyday... yes, it really needs to be daily practice to fully feel solid and supportive to your body... schedule 10 minutes... that's it.... 10 minutes... to:

- Sit in a quiet spot.
- Close your eyes.
- Focus your attention and awareness inside you.
- Actively let go: with your mind focus on one body part at a time and either breathe deeply into that body part and with your exhale blow tensions out of it, or, give that body part permission to relax and let go of all holding as if you are talking directly to it. Watch as the tensions dissolve and the body part softens. Sometimes it is subtle to pay close attention or you won't notice it softening. Move through the body, one part at a time, from head to toe, consciously letting go.
- When you finish relaxing the body, sit for a few moments just feeling your body.
- As you sit and feel the body, SMILE. This will uplift you emotionally and mentally. At first you might feel silly. That's perfect! As you feel silly, you will smile more and you might even laugh. That action uplifts your spirits.

Result: a feeling of softness, peace, and joy.

I am speaking again about my Self-Transformation Method at my friend Maryke's Sacred Connections Circle.

It's only a week away - Monday Sept 14 at 7-9pm ET.

It's by donation. On zoom. Everyone is welcome!!

If you have already experienced this workshop, come again! This is another opportunity for you to shift something.

If you are new to my Self-Transformation Method, I'm excited to have you come and experience it!

I will guide everyone through my Self-Transformation Method meditation after I explain the process and details you need to know before we dive into the meditation.

It is a workshop with less lecture and more experiencing for you.

Come with an idea of something you want to shift within you - something that has been bugging you, something you are struggling with.

It doesn't have to be a deep seated heavy issue. It can be the conflict you are having with your boss or a conversation you had recently that upset you. You could focus on what is stopping you from making a change in your life, like moving or travelling or a new job - something interfering with following your dreams and limiting the life you want to live. It could be something that you fear.

This Self-Transformation Method is a powerful giver of insights that will change you in some way, and often not the way you expect.

You will have 'aha moments' as you discover things you have not noticed before. Clarity comes with these moments.

We all have things we could shift inside of us that would make our daily lives a little better.

So join us!

Send me a personal message to register. I'll give you the next step instructions.

My book is going live really soon! It could be as early as late next week!

I am in the final stretch. As such, I am planning a Book Launch Party and I want you to come.

I'm just beginning to plan the event and will keep you updated with the details as I make decisions and finalize things.

It will be in Uxbridge, Ontario. I'm hoping for a Saturday afternoon late Sept or early Oct date but it will depend on how quickly my books can be delivered.

I invite you to come in person. I also am contemplating how to somehow share the event virtually as well so those from far away can feel like they are there with us. Or, perhaps I will also do a virtual book launch by itself.

At the book launch I will have softcover copies of my book for purchase.

My book will be for sale on Amazon, the Balboa Press website (my publisher), and several other online book stores. It will be available in softcover and ebook formats.

As the time draws closer, I will also have a date to announce the book is live - available for purchase online - and encourage you to purchase on that date specifically to help teach the Amazon algorithm to put me at the top of the search results list.

This is very exciting! Stay tuned...

In my 20s, I was stuck on how to find the deeper meaning in my life.

Then I discovered a game-changing tool: observing with detachment - watching what happens in your mind without judgment, logic, or human perception holding you back.

It taught me to open my mind to the infinite possibilities of this vast universe and the vastness of my own being.

I had discovered my "how".

With this new skill to observe myself objectively, I could see where my human perceptions held me back and where the spiritual perceptions opened my life.

To be able to see the higher Divine purpose in my experiences and my struggles shifted something profound inside me. Somehow the struggles were a little less struggly (if that's a word. lol).

Suddenly it felt as though the uncertainties of life, the grief of loss, the stress of performing when I didn't really know what I was doing, all were less intense. I now knew that these experiences were shaping me in a way that would help me grow and gain inner strength and resolve.

From my 20's up to today, I now ask myself "what have I learned about who I am in this experience?"

It is a question that expands me and puts my struggles into a whole new perspective that is uplifting and supportive.

It also reminds my brain that there is more than just the human drama and emotional response happening.

To see this bigger picture is truly life giving in situations that can feel life draining.

You can explore the deeper meaning of your struggles!

Step 6 of my Self-Transformation Method takes you on a journey into the bigger picture of your life to discover themes and deeper insights into your struggles AND shows you a way to connect with your Divine Self to see your struggle through the eyes of your spirit.

Book an Inner Shift Session with me and I will guide you through the process of observing with detachment to increase your self-awareness, dive into your struggle head on to see the deeper meaning.

Message me and let's book you an Inner Shift Session.

One of the most powerful things you can do for your wellbeing takes just 10 minutes.

Sit quietly.

Close your eyes.

Watch your thoughts.

No judgment.
No analysis.
No trying to change anything.

Just observe.

When you step back and watch the mind, you begin to see the patterns running your life.

Awareness creates choice.

Choice creates change.

Do you ever replay conversations in your head for hours?

Or find yourself reacting emotionally to something long after it's happened?

Most people try to change how they feel without first understanding what their mind is doing.

The first step toward inner change is self-awareness.

When you become aware of your thoughts, beliefs, and emotional reactions, you gain the power to transform them.

All you need are the right tools.

I've created a free daily practice guide called 3 Tools to Find Inner Peace to help you get started on your path to self-awareness, self-change, and finding some pockets of peace in your life.

They only take 10 minutes a day.

Ever feel like you are sabotaging your own progress?

You decide to make a big move, scale your business, or learn a new skill. But then, that familiar internal voice kicks in:

"I can't afford that right now."

"I don't have the time."

"I'm not ready for this level yet."

We call these "reasons," but most of the time, they are actually subconscious limiting beliefs disguised as logic.

Here is the frustrating part: Even when you force yourself to push past these thoughts and take action anyway, you often end up hit with an overwhelming wave of guilt or anxiety.

Why does that happen? Because changing your surface-level thoughts isn't enough if your root beliefs remain untouched.

How do you change these limiting beliefs?
How do you get that inner voice to support you?

Why do the same struggles keep showing up?

I’m talking about emotional stress and reaction and those thought patterns that drive you nuts.

I have found that a specific type of situation triggers anger in me. It’s usually when I am seen as or accused of being something that I am not.

I used to think it was the situations causing this trigger and that I could change my emotions by changing my circumstances, or trying to avoid such situations.

Most people tend to think things like:

"If my partner would change..."
"If I could find a better job..."
"If I had more money..."
"If this anxiety would just go away..."

But what if the real source of your emotional experience isn't the situation itself?

As I dug into self-awareness and personal growth to alleviate this anger response, I realized the situation doesn’t matter. Two people can have the same experience and one responds with anger and the other doesn’t respond emotionally at all.

The response is about me, not the situation. What happens inside me is what matters. Why am I reacting at all?

One of the most important insights behind The Self-Transformation Method is that our beliefs shape our thoughts, and our thoughts create our emotional reactions.

I realized that there is a belief inside me that is activated whenever I experience a specific type of situation.

When the underlying belief remains unchanged, the same emotional patterns repeat themselves.

This is why so many people find themselves facing the same frustration, fear, resentment, self-doubt, or disappointment over and over again, even if they do change their circumstances.

The good news?

Beliefs behind emotional reactions can be transformed.

And transformation begins with awareness. You need to know what is happening inside you so that you know what to change.

And so…

I have created a Daily Practice Guide called 3 Tools to Find Inner Peace that will help you cut through the noise of the mind and discover all sorts of wondrous things you have not paid attention to before.

Get the guide and begin to experience moments of calm. See the featured section

Have you ever noticed that one situation still gets to you all fired up?

Even after all the books you've read, workshops you’ve attended, podcasts you’ve listened to, and years you’ve invested in becoming a better version of yourself.

You’ve done the work to become self-aware – you know your patterns.

Yet in that one moment...

You still second-guess yourself, take the criticism personally, shrink around certain people.

You still replay the conversation hours later and afterwards you wonder,
"Why am I still reacting like this?"

I've noticed something after more than 25 years of guiding people through inner transformation.

Understanding why you react isn't the same as changing what creates the reaction.

Many accomplished women know exactly where their patterns came from.

They can tell you the childhood story, difficult relationship, the life experience.

They understand it.

But understanding alone rarely changes the emotional experience.

The reaction keeps returning because something deeper is still quietly running the show.

That's why I don't begin by asking,

"How do we manage this emotion?"

I ask a different question.

"Why does this particular situation still create this reaction?"

When we discover the answer, something remarkable happens.

The struggle often stops feeling like something to fight.

Instead, it becomes something to understand.

And once it's understood at its source, lasting change becomes possible.

Here's what I want you to know if you've been doing personal growth for years:

There is nothing wrong with you because one emotional pattern hasn't shifted yet.

Sometimes you've simply been trying to change the leaves while the roots have remained untouched.

I'm curious...
Is there one emotional reaction you've outgrown intellectually, but still experience anyway?
