Throwback to COVID days (and yes… a full head of hair 😄).

COVID was a crazy time, and honestly none of us—including me—really knew what was coming or what the right answers were. We just tried to do our best and came together as a community.

About 6 years ago, with support from our local volunteer heroes, we organized a small fundraiser to support women and children experiencing domestic violence during a difficult time.

This isn’t about looking back at what we did—it’s a reminder of what our community did together.

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported local businesses, checked in on neighbours, and helped each other through uncertain times.

Uxbridge really showed what community looks like ❤️

🐾 Cats are curious. Rogaine® should not be.

For the last 7 years, my patients have been telling me:

Well — finally, we are taking our first real family trip to Jasper & Banff over the Canada Day long weekend 🇨🇦🏔️
