Have you ever wondered what QHHT or BQH actually is — or what it might be like to experience a session for yourself?
At its simplest, these are guided journeys into a deeply relaxed state, creating space to explore your own inner awareness, memories, patterns, questions and whatever may naturally arise for you.

A private, home-based hair studio located in Espanola, welcoming new clients — and familiar faces I may have lost touch with along the way.
Come exactly as you are. No persona required. No need to be all dolled up, have your life together, or make small talk just because you’re sitting in a salon chair.
Around here, conversation can go just about anywhere. We can talk about everyday life or wander right down the rabbit hole — numerology, astrology, Chinese zodiac, metaphysics, past lives, synchronicities, conspiracy theories, energy, relationships, life experiences… honestly, the list goes on. 😂 You don’t have to believe what I believe, and I don’t have to believe what you believe. Curiosity and an open mind are always welcome.

Yes, I offer professional hair services with over 30 years of experience.

But I also believe that how someone feels when they leave matters just as much as how they look.

Sometimes people need quiet.

Sometimes they need laughter.

Sometimes they simply need someone who listens without trying to fix them.

My studio is a private, peaceful space where you can exhale, relax, and simply be yourself.

No rushing.

No crowded salon.

No pressure to talk if you don't feel like it.

Just genuine care, beautiful hair, and a calm nervous system.

Because sometimes a haircut becomes something much deeper...

I’m now offering Self-Understanding Sessions both in person (Espanola) and virtually for those joining from anywhere.

After 30 years behind the chair, I've created a private space where beauty, conversation, healing, and self-care can come together naturally.

Hair & Soul Studio was never meant to be just a salon, and it was never meant to be only about hair.

Some sessions may include a haircut, colour, or highlights.

Some may include meaningful conversation, reflection, numerology, energy work, or simply a quiet place to breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Every person who walks through my door arrives with their own story, their own needs, and their own season of life.
