Celebrating 🎉 all that became and are becoming amazing yoga teachers at this time! All that have studied with us and share their practice or/and live their practice 💫

This traditional festival is dedicated to honor spiritual and academic teachers, celebrated on the full moon day in the Hindu month of Ashadha (June–July).

For Hindus: Marks the birthday of Maharishi Veda Vyasa, who wrote the Mahabharata and compiled the Vedas.

For Yogic Tradition: Celebrates the day Shiva became the first guru (Adiyogi) and shared yogic sciences with the first sages.

For Buddhists & Jains: Buddhists honor Lord Buddha, while Jains mark the day Mahavira made his first disciple.

✨ In my body is the Light Sacred
💫 In my body is the Light of the Sun

✨ It is the Light that comes from my Mother
💫 It is the Light that comes from my Father

✨ It is the Light that comes from the Earth
💫 It is the Light that comes from the Sky

The past six weeks in Europe we got to enjoy the Light to stay with us later and later into the night.. earlier in the morning, expanding and expanding inside of us.. after a very blessed Light Within Retreat in Sicily and a beautiful ceremony weekend in natureof Drente in the Netherlands.

The balance of nature returns, to rest and inwardness while we will return to the place inside of us where the Universe dwells
We enter the home within 🤍

Love & light to all the corners and through all the spirals of existence!

This magical Mediterranean island, a mixture of many cultures where crossroads were shaped by active volcanoes 🌋 and a convergence of Greek, Roman, Arab, and Norman heritages.. where tiny elephants 🐘 roamed 10.000 years ago, pyramids were built, witchcraft 🧹🍃✨ was practised..

We are externally gratefull for the support we received for the work we did together and for those who stept into this beautiful vortex with us ✨🤍✨

The mud represents Samsara—the messy, murky reality of daily life: the mud isn’t “bad”; it is the necessary soil. Just as a lotus cannot grow in clean, filtered water or on a marble floor, a human being cannot reach enlightenment without the “nutrients” of life’s challenges.

The stem of the lotus grows through the muddy water toward the light. This represents the spiritual practice. It is the journey of rising above the muck while staying rooted in reality.

When the lotus finally blooms above the surface, it is perfectly clean. Not a single speck of mud clings to its petals. This represents Wisdom. It shows that it is possible to live in a world full of suffering and “mud” without being stained by it. We remain “in the world, but not of it.”

The “Jewel” of enlightenment (our true, pure nature) is found right in the middle of the “Lotus” (our wisdom), which grew directly out of the “Mud” (our struggles).

Retreats aren’t just beautiful locations and yoga practices.

Before the roles you play.

There is breath.

Prana is the vital life force that moves through you with every inhale and exhale. It’s the subtle energy that animates the body, sharpens the mind and keeps the heart beating.

More than just oxygen, prana is the essence of aliveness itself.

When you feel expansive after a deep breath, that’s prana flowing. When you step outside and feel renewed by fresh air, sunlight or the ocean breeze, that’s prana too. Your practice isn’t about forcing or striving.

It’s about becoming aware of the energy already moving within you. The more consciously you breathe, the more intentionally you live.

Pause. Inhale.
Feel what’s already here. ✨
