Wrapping up an incredible spring season with .5sports ⚽🏒🏈🥅

What a journey it's been coaching soccer and hockey with these two amazing humans: Coach & Coach Ryan 🙌🏻

I've learned so much about kids, coaching, patience, and play. Every class has helped me grow as a coach, parent, and educator.

Huge thank you to Coach Hai and Coach Ryan for all the support you've given me, not only at High 5 Sports, but also behind the scenes as I've been building 🍊I truly couldn't have done it without you both.

One year ago, I was just a mum in Coach Hai’s parent & tot class, watching in awe of his energy, playfulness, and how naturally he connects with kids. This week, I got to coach alongside him with .5sports, still feels a bit surreal 🥹

So grateful for Coach Hai for trusting me and bringing me onboard. I’ve seen the impact he’s had on my two boys, and now stepping into this role myself feels humbling, fun, and a little out of my comfort zone in a good way. Coaching young kids is so different from the fitness coaching I used to do, but I’m loving the learning curve.
