If you feel supported, your body opens. I’ve seen posture change in minutes—not through correction, but through state shifts.

When someone feels seen, safe, and present, their structure reorganizes naturally. This is why forcing posture rarely works.

You can’t override the nervous system—you have to work with it.

Strength can be deceptive.

You can be strong—and still be misaligned.

I worked with a client who could lift heavy weights, but had persistent shoulder pain. When we assessed them, we found restriction in their rib cage and poor alignment in their scapula. They weren’t weak—they were compensating. So we stopped chasing strength and started restoring access.

Once the structure changed, their strength became useful instead of harmful.

Strength should support alignment—not reinforce dysfunction. Book a session if you want to build strength that actually serves you.
