Today is World No (Commercial) To***co Day.

Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer death in BC, and commercial to***co use is the largest contributing risk factor. The Cancer Prevention Indicator Report highlights data showing that nearly 4,000 cancer cases could have been prevented in 2015 if fewer British Columbians smoked.

Cervix self-screening is highly effective at finding those at risk of cervical cancer. This means that you can safely go longer between screenings. Screening for HPV every 5 years if your test is negative is as safe as having a Pap test every 3 years.
