🎉 It's official — I'll be presenting at the North American Laughter Conference!

September 25–27 in White Rock, BC, I'll be leading The Affirmation Bridge: Receiving the Value You Give — an immersive closing experience for laughter leaders, wellness practitioners, and anyone in the beautiful, sometimes exhausting business of caring for others.

Here's the thing: we're really good at giving energy out. Most of us are less practised at letting it in. This session is about that gap — the one between what we offer others and what we allow ourselves to receive. It's about sustainable leadership. About not burning out quietly while helping others light up.

We'll move, breathe, connect, and close with a cool-down. It's designed to be the perfect bridge between a high-energy conference and the real world you return to.

The Laughing Fool

I have looked the void full in the face,
read its fine print, traced its cold grace,
and chosen — spite of all I know —
to laugh.
Not from ignorance. Not from denial.
But because the other option
is no option at all.
So I show up.
Wounded and waving.
Cracked open and clapping.
A lighthouse that also needs light.
I laugh for you.
I laugh for me.
I laugh because the universe

ME: I want everyone to have health and regular moments of real joy. I lead Laughter Yoga sessions to that end.
