What if studying sacred writings wasn’t limited by your background, beliefs, location, or ability to pay? ✨
I firmly believe that everyone should have access to Bahá’u’lláh’s writings—and the opportunity to explore what they reveal about the purpose and journey of our lives.
Earlier this year, people from around the world registered for our free, 10-week reading group exploring Bahá’u’lláh’s The Seven Valleys alongside the yogic chakra system through Anodea Judith’s Eastern Body, Western Mind.
When the group ended, participants wanted to continue—but this time with more space for practice, reflection, integration, and community.
Now we’re opening the journey to even more people. Round Two is beginning! 📚
We’ll continue exploring The Seven Valleys and the yogic chakras, but with a new companion book: Caroline Myss’s Anatomy of the Spirit.
Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of the writings, strengthen our community, and engage in reflective practices that support personal growth, integration, and healing.
You do not need:
• To have participated in the first reading group
• To have read Eastern Body, Western Mind
• A background in yoga or the chakra system
• A background in the Bahá’í Faith
• To belong to any particular spiritual or religious tradition
You only need curiosity and a willingness to make time for genuine reading, practice, and reflection.
This is my initiative, offered as a reading group under the umbrella of the Association for Bahá’í Studies.
📅 Beginning Saturday, October 10th
🕤 9:30–11:30 a.m. Pacific Time
💻 Online and completely free
Our new Saturday morning time makes it easier for people across North America and Europe to join us.
Registration is open through the link in my bio. Please register early so you have time to obtain the books and prepare.
Share this with your friends, family, or anyone who might feel called to explore these writings with us. ✨
