I am the queen of appreciating a simple meal.
And I love an extravagant one too, but on weekdays, simplicity (+ way fewer dishes) always wins.

Today’s is a leftover-salmon, open-faced situationn, nothing crazy fancy, but its so flavourful & satisfying.

What's one of your go-to quick meals?

May was so very sweet.

1. If I haven’t made it clear, I’m a very proud auntie
2. Celebrated a sweet soul sister
3. Expanding consciousness + sisterhood
4. Sunsets, giggles + conversations without filters
5. Rooms that expand + connect me
6. Overflowed gratitude for those I have the opportunity to guide + call my clients
7. Farmer markets
8. New chapters unlocked
9. Colourful, delicious food, a necessity
10. Inspiring unconventional places to work
11. Mentors turned to friends. Dreaming big + receiving the feedback to dream even bigger
12. Rhubarb szn - lmk if you want the recipe, it’s insane
13. Cheering on incredible humans + athletes - a day that inspired me to start running again

And to think this is only a tinyyyy sliver of my month.
LUCKY ME.

I hear this often in our calls

“I feel like I should be able to figure this out on my own by now”

But honestly most women I work with have been trying to figure it out on their own for years. Healing was never meant to be done alone, and I dont think it should be today either.

If you are still in the same place you were 2, 3, or 5 years ago despite everything you have tried… are you okay being in that same place 5 years from now?

Only you know the answer.

And you are worth ittttt 🤍

All I can keep thinking about lately is - lucky me.

Quality time with people I love. Wine. Mussels. Porpoises. Nature. Farmers markets. Kayaks. Giggles. Hikes. Work I love.

PCOS just got renamed ✨

For too long, women have been told their symptoms are “just hormones” or handed a prescription with no real explanation. But PCOS — now being called PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome — is so much more than an o***y issue. It always has been but it’s finally reflected:

It’s insulin resistance. Blood sugar dysregulation. Chronic stress. Living in overdrive in a world that never asks us to slow down.

1 in 10 women of reproductive age are affected. 70% don’t even know they have it.

Education + advocacy🙏🏼

Save this & share it with someone who needs it!

I’m seeing + hearing so often how quick we are to jump to fixes… especially when it comes to cortisol

but before adding another supplement, it’s worth asking what your body actually needs

because cortisol isn’t just something to “balance” - it’s a response to stress

and if your body is constantly in go-mode, no supplement will override that

sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is disconnect to reconnect

→ step into nature→ listen to the water→ take a break from constant input→ spend time out of cell service
→ slow downnn

these are signals of safety your body actually understands

Lately I’ve been intentionally bringing more play into my days, my weeks, my months.

I had a conversation recently about play + movement, and how as adults, we slowly start to lose it. Remember when you’d play outside until your parents called you in for dinner? Play dates. Running up to a friend at school and asking if they wanted to “play.”

Working with women, I’m realizing how much of that has been stripped from us as we got older. We traded play for exercise. Suddenly it needed a purpose. A goal. A calorie count.

But play when we were kids? It wasn’t for fitness. It was because we felt good doing it. It was for our souls. And the moment we attach “exercise” to it, it just feels different.

So I’ve been reclaiming it. These are some of my recent play days. 🤍
