I can’t believe it’s been an entire year since you crossed over Roco.🌈

I almost didn’t create this video.

Writing these words out and recording the audio I just kept on crying😢

I think all the emotions and feelings become even stronger because you are reliving the day you had to say goodbye.

You are right back there in that moment all over again.

Dog grief is real and it is hard.

I think it’s because they are just these pure, beautiful beings.

No hidden agenda. No ego. Just love. Pure love.

They just want to be loved and to love you back. That’s it. That’s all they truly want.

And when they are gone, you feel that absence in every single corner of your life.

In the quiet moments. In the everyday moments.

In the moments where you turn around expecting them to be there and they are not.

You Finally decided to make an appearance 40 weeks and 4 days late!
My birth plan and labour did not go as I expected to say the least.

How come no one told me you can projectile vomit when go into labour? 🤮

I threw up for 32 hour straight and could only keep done ice chips.

I went into it thinking I would try for a non medicated Birth, s**t son, boy was I wrong😂

My pain thershold and mental toughness is 💪 STRONG for A LOT of things.

Child birth NOPE.

Thank god for drugs.

I took them ALL.
And without them, I honestly don’t think I would have been able to do it.
The drugs helped me mentally and physically cope through the most excruciating pain in my life.

And my my mantra “This 2 shall pass” I kept on having to repeat that over and over and OVER in my head

And just continuously telling myself It would all be worth it in the end to hold my baby boy Crew 💙
For ME, my pregnancy was Hard.
The labour, delivery and physical recovery is next level so far.

Did I love being pregnant. Not at all.
So when people tell you to enjoy your pregnancy and honour this time (I get that)
But everyone has their own individual experience and what may feel magical for some women - can feel like a very hard isolated emotional time, where you feel you are constantly losing yourself.
I love being a mom 💙 and I would have gone through this entire experience again if I knew what was waiting at the end of these hard 10 months (But ALSO thank GAWD I don’t have to 🙏)
To all the moms ❤️that have reached out,
I appreciate you, I honour you for sharing your stories and letting me know the challenges and set backs you have faced with your own journey 🙏

Now to EMBRACE the newborn stage - he’s just so Micro and cute 🥰

💙Expecting my beautiful baby Boy March 2025🥹
If ONLY pregnancy was this GLAMOROUS🤪
I puked 🤢EVERY single day, multiple times a day for 4.5 months straight. It felt like I was in constant hangover - yet nothing could fix it.
The condition is called: Hyperemesis gravidarum.
I recall my sister being like, “you know some women puke everyday during pregnancy, thank goodness we don’t have that!”
2 days later - I was a puking machine! 🤢Even with medication - food didn’t want to stay down!
I wish more women shared how HARD pregnancy is (maybe it isn’t for every woman) or maybe women forget after the baby comes? 🤷‍♀️
But no matter what trimester you are in, you are faced with really sexy😂symptoms, and constant challenges and fears about making sure your baby is healthy and you are doing the right things.
I have ALWAYS had mad respect for moms, but now it HITS differently knowing what your body physically goes through💪
I’m excited to meet my little Bundle of joy who has taught me sooo many lessons already.
I LOVE you little man 💙 I can’t wait to squish your face and for you to meet Roco and Lola 🐶🐶

2). LOW HDL cholesterol
3). Large waist circumference 
4). High Fasting Glucose
5). Hypertension

You have to have 3 or more out of the 5 catergories you qualify metabolic syndrome
Get your blood markers checked at a MINIMUM every 6 months!
And if you are working to improve your markers and health with a functional practioner (like me 🙋‍♀️)
