A lot of what I share here is just as much for me as it is for anyone reading it.

I talk about growth, share self-awareness posts on becoming a better version of yourself, but that doesn’t mean I have it all figured out. I still get triggered. I still sometimes fall into old patterns. I still discover parts of myself that need more attention.

The difference now is that I’m learning to notice instead of avoid. To get curious about my patterns instead of pretending they don’t exist or to fall into self loathing. To accept that my light and my shadow are both parts of me, and to have more grace, compassion and honesty with myself.

I’m still learning. Still unlearning. Still meeting parts of myself I didn’t know were there.

I don’t share because I’ve mastered the work. I share because while I’m still living and enjoying life I’m also still doing the work because the work on ourselves is truly never “done”.

Sometimes I catch myself worrying about what people think. And it’s totally human to do so.

Then I remember we’re literally stardust, floating on a rock through an infinite universe.

And that perspective is life changing.

Soooo…..
Wear the outfit.
Start the business.
Change the job.
Move your body.
Leave relationships that are no longer serving you.
Take the trip.
Reinvent yourself
Love yourself a little more.

The right time isn’t coming.
This is your life.

The people you think are judging you are just tiny humans on the same floating spaceship, trying to figure it out too.

So design a life that feels good for you.
