FREE Jungle Dance Challenge!✨

A devotion to dance at least 10 minutes each day for 14-days. Beginning February 1 with a live Jungle Dance class guided by Rachel Wainwright via Zoom! Then February 2–14 receive daily WhatsApp messages with music + motivation to inspire you to move!

This is an invitation to listen to your body, move intuitively and express yourself freely. Ideal if you’re feeling busy, tired, disconnected, or stagnant. This will be a small daily commitment that can create a big internal shift. You don’t need motivation to start, motivation comes from movement.
