1. 🤝 I stopped waiting to feel ready.
Understood my body. The noise doesn’t stop. It either consumes me or I work with it. Either I need to pull back the pedal or the noise was my signal to go get things done.

2. 🎨
I stopped being tough. I let myself feel the full spectrum of emotions. I now know, the suppressed emotions only show up later in my life as individuals or situations that causes me pain.

3. ✊
I stopped hanging out with the wrong people.
Not cause I hate them. because now I stopped needing to please the false story i have created in my head. Onceu that trauma loop is closed, I realized they will never manifest in your life again unless you choose to.

4. ❤️
I stopped demanding love, I used to chase it. I realized nothing is mine. material things, relationships, situations are not mine, something got lighter in me.. and I actually attracted abundance which surprised me

5. 🗣️
I stopped being nice. I’m still kind. But I realized niceness without truth is just fear with a smile. I see my kindness as a spectrum, it includes tolerance as well as intolerance. to be so true to myself that my energy is solely reserved for people that can handle the full me.

6. 👁️
I stopped questioning my intuition. The first thought in my head I know it’s right. We were so deeply programmed to distrust our own operating system. That we suppressed the very thing that makes us unique. I haven’t been wrong, when I look back. I’m just always early. And I don’t need another 15 years of me saying “oh I knew it.”
I know. I already know.

7. 👑
I stopped begging the world to understand me.
I understand that the world that I see is me.
What I see is me.
The reality I see i can create starting from within.

I feel so free. How many of these are you already doing? Unmasking is not easy. But I can say now that my brain was working overtime to keep up a story that was not meant for me.

👇Experiencing the other side completely changed how I look at neurotypicals.. and why we can’t even be mad at them anymore. it’s a true difference in brain operation

👇 According to Carl Jung, Eros can only exist in Surrender.
You can love someone completely and they still won’t feel it. Give anyway.

👇 human brains crave efficiency. 80% of people, relying on familiar, recycled scripts is a beneficial survival trait. It saves massive cognitive energy so we can function day to day. However, the people in okay, and algorithms take advantage of this wiring. They weaponize it for efficiency, feeding people things that takes them out of critical thinking.

Many neurodivergent brains reject programming, we are wired to analyze these patterns.

The remaining 20% aren’t just consuming reality, but generating new thought.

Yea, this includes us. Neurodivergents doesn’t mean you’re immune to the traps, they will take advantage of you, steer you away from the knowing, and get you to hyperfixate on the pitfalls of the script.

You can only create, once you look within.

Ps this is the Pareto principle, it’s not exactly 8020.

👇Research shows that neurotypical brains rely heavily on automatic, subconscious networks for daily tasks.

Neurodivergent brains, however, process information through more conscious, deliberate pathways. This requires significantly more cognitive energy meaning your “engine” naturally experiences higher wear and tear.

Standard psychological advice (the local dealership) is often built for automatic brains. If you are neurodivergent, you often require highly specialized, neuro-affirming care that restructures and build custom parts for your nervous system.

Sometimes people don’t find these mentors, hit rock bottom and manage to find strength within for the billionth time.

This is the reality. Living in a world that has slowly phased out the manual cars as we automate every second of our living being.

Gone are the loud and mechanical machines that rattled at every hump, but sitting in them felt the most alive you’ve ever been.

Knowing this, you know exactly the changes you need to make.

2 things:
1. Find a Mentor, that’s been there.
2. Understand you’re wired for intensity, but you need a lot of maintenance. Take care of yourselves.

Neurodivergents are never warned about the true cost of surviving in a world that wasn’t built for them

You spend years chasing something that was not you. When you get there, you finally win the games against all odds, only to find out that you have neglected the very thing that was protecting you this whole time.

A kid that desperately just wanted to be understood.
We’re just kids.

👇 When you were a baby, you didn’t know where your body ended and your mom began. “Peekaboo” In your consciousness, you were completely one with everything.

Then, human ego took over. The boundary hardened. Separation was born, and with it, the entire world.

For neurodivergent minds, the real key is realizing the subconscious is entirely built from the observer. To realize this is to reclaim power. to realize our thoughts create separation, identity, and the world.

When we die, that boundary melts. Like a single drop of water falling back into the ocean, you’ll realize you were the entire ocean the whole time.

👇 Research backs this up, because of dopamine feedback. Neurodivergents pick up skills faster than anyone. Highly adaptable, brain wired for rapid skill acquisition. Rapid immersion.

It’s a brain wired for survival. Frustration is a positive sign for a push, not to give up. Because a hunter that gives up is dead. No ingenuity, no hunt, and no safe passage.

See my other videos if you know you see neurodivergence. Each video will make you remember who you are.

I will help you understand your brain, consciousness, and reality itself.

👇 Research confirms this makes routine tasks more automatic and less cognitively demanding.

Your brain kept more connections. Which means you feel and process more. But every task costs more energy. And masking that, quieting a fully connected brain just to appear functional, is exhausting in a way most people will never understand.

They simplified their world, you kept everything.
