What happens before a sound healing session?
Most people think the session starts when they walk into the room.
It doesn't.
Before anyone arrives, I take a few deep breaths, play the Tingsha, ring a bell, touch a singing bowl, maybe a gong.
Not because I am trying to be mystical.
Mostly because I am human and have my own thoughts, emotions, and busy days 😄
As a musician, I learned long ago that you don't start playing before the instrument is tuned. So ...
I tune myself.
I tune the space.
Then the client arrives.
And that's when the nervous system can finally exhale... and reset🫶
