Before the APC, Sniper was used as insecticide, & the cost was 300 Naira.
Now people take it to end their lives.
Before the APC, you had no betting Apps.
One of those that introduced gambling in Nigeria is enjoying his retirement at the HoR.
Back then, betting was for wayward uncles.
I think it was called ‘Pool.’ Now you have betting Apps everywhere, damaging the youths.
Before the APC, you had no Nigerians on websites like Onlyfans, allaccessfans, nor fansly. The Nigerian girl has never felt this vulnerable. Many now signup to p**n & hookup sites. The APC have no plans for women. As a parent, you should be scared for your girl child.
You see posters of Onlyfans on the streets of Lagos Island. Just scan the QR code & plug in. Ladies go n**e here just to eke out a living.
Before the APC, Yahoo was a kind of Secret Cult. You needed some sort of "rite of passage" to get in. Now fraud & ritual k!llings are everywhere. I did come across some handles teaching Yahoo kind of businesses here on X. People are running all manner of scams here.
Before the APC, the average Nigerian youth had dreams, he had dignity, he had hopes. That HOPE is long gone; now it's desperation.
Look around you, everyone wants to hammer. You have corrupt elders everywhere. Your leaders stole your yesterdays & today. They have plans to steal your tomorrow as well.
Now you have loan & Hookup Apps everywhere, people are always selling something. You visit the markets, & Nigerians can no longer afford a kilo of fish, chicken or turkey. Many can no longer afford a tuber of yam. So they slice it, & sell the tuber in rations.
Bananas, grapes, watermelons, groundnuts, pawpaw, oranges, plums, cashew nuts & other household essentials have become a luxury.
Upon graduation, boys venture into Yahoo, Keke or bolt businesses; girls are left to hookup & POS endeavors. Begging is now a culture. People meet you at eateries & ATM machines, & beg for as little as transportation fare. Now you hear words like “school na scam.”
Graduates, scholars, & professors japa to do the most belittling of jobs (just to earn a living). Now many can't even japa, cost of living is k!lling the living. No nation was built this way.
If you can still afford to eat, pay your rents, schools fees, & medical bills? It’s a miracle. You are part of the ten percent still managing to eat & get around. How did we even get here?
When you destroy private capital, you destroy morals & social cohesion. This is the case in Nigeria; everyone is looking for sanctuary.
The APC is how you destroy a nation from the inside. Now parents worry about their girl child. You must protect your children from all types of harm. You must listen, & have them supervised.
The Scourge called the APC is cruel, hateful, & unforgiving. They damaged Nigerians in the most unconscionable of ways. They damaged you emotionally, physically, financially, psychologically, morally & spiritually. They did not only upend your Economy & Unity, they damaged the Nigerian society, permanently.
Able-bodied men cannot get married. They can barely feed themselves; survival is their priority for now. Many are oscillating with no bearing. A lot has changed since APC came; the changes are cracks that turned to permanent scars.
Should Nigerians defeat the (Cult of APC) tomorrow? It’ll be hard for normalcy to return. The damage is done; APC did their homework
